To qualify for free/reduced meals, families must fill out the application EACH year. The district also encourages all families to apply for the free/reduced meals in an effort to improve student nutrition and health. Please click here to download the form for the 2009-10 school year. All forms should be placed in a sealed envelope and returned to your student's school.
